The The Language of Yes Les Fruits Rouge Central Coast Pink Wine is a medium salmon-colored rose in which both Grenache and Cinsaut show their varietal typicity and inspire the moniker, 'Les Fruits Rouges.' The 2% addition of Tibouren may seem like a homeopathic addition but adds additional complexity and elegance to the blend. On the nose, one instantly finds the tell-tale strawberry rhubarb/white peppery notes of Grenache with suggestions of apricot, lavender and tarragon. On top sits the elegant essence of Cherry, almost certainly emanating from the Cinsaut.
