The Diatom Santa Barbara Chardonnay is sourced from chardonnay white wine grapes that were planted over 20 years ago in the Los Alamos region of Santa Barbara County. Winemaker Greg Brewer utilizes these premium grapes with minimal interference to produce a California wine that has a sense of transparency and purity of intent and purpose. Aromas of lemon, citrus blossom and wet stone, alongside flavors of saline and white peach that round out this precise, balanced white wine. Pair with sushi, roasted halibut, oysters and crab. This bottled California chardonnay is 14.5% alcohol by volume.
